Talkie by Gooey Audio is a formant filter plug-in designed to transform incoming audio into expressive, vowel-like vocal tones. Featuring four selectable modes ” Ahhhs, OoOos, Eees, and Yaas ” Talkie reshapes sounds into dynamic, human-like articulations with a distinctive vocal character.

The plug-in also includes a Morph control, enabling smooth transitions between vowel shapes for animated tonal movement and evolving textures. Talkie performs especially well with harmonically rich, low-frequency sources such as saw waves, allowing the formant filtering to fully emphasize and enhance its vocal qualities.
