Direct Automatic Transcription

Use the dedicated Audio to MIDI button, choose an audio file, and MIDI Agent sends it through the transcription path without an AI prompt. The returned MIDI is the direct transcription – ready to save, drag into a track and clean up in your DAW.

Transcription with Instructions

When the selected model supports audio attachments, drop in a WAV, MP3, AIFF or OGG file, add instructions and send it in Music mode. The audio is transcribed first, then the AI uses your prompt for a second pass – e.g. isolate the bass idea or simplify a busy phrase.

Tip: solo or clearly separated performances give the best results. As with any automatic transcription, expect to tidy note starts, durations and timing – especially with noise, effects or overlapping instruments.
